• Revenue Management software
• Online Booking Engine platforms
• Guest Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Point of Sale (POS) system integration
• Housekeeping and Maintenance Management software
• Data Analytics and Reporting for hotels

Specific terms regarding the scope, duration, and fees for individual services will be detailed in separate service agreements or contracts.

3. User Accounts and Access

Access to certain features of the service may require creating a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Access to the services is typically granted to authorized personnel of our clients (hotels, hospitality businesses) under the terms of a separate service agreement. Your right to access and use the service is non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SistemHotel Solutions, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the service for your legitimate business purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our service, except as necessary for your authorized use of the service.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Neither SistemHotel Solutions nor any person associated with SistemHotel Solutions makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the service.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither SistemHotel Solutions nor anyone associated with SistemHotel Solutions represents or warrants that the service, its content, or any services or items obtained through the service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that our service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the service or any services or items obtained through the service will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.

8. Limitation on Liability
